Responsibilities:
● Oversee day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and
delivery scheduling.
● Develop and implement streamlined logistics processes to guarantee the timely and
accurate delivery of water cans to our valued customers.
● Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to monitor and maintain the quality of
water cans, utilizing IoT technology and sensors to uphold our high standards.
● Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, negotiating contracts and
ensuring that service level agreements are met.
● Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process
enhancements that drive efficiency and reduce costs.
● Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects
of operations and logistics.
● Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and ensure optimal
inventory levels are maintained.
● Recruit, train, and manage operations and logistics staff, fostering a culture of teamwork,
accountability, and continuous improvement.
● Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards and
environmental guidelines.
● Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance, highlighting
challenges and identifying opportunities for growth.
